WW2 era King's crown badged enlisted rank's side cap (or "wedge" as Americans term them) Superb condition with the unique  buttons on front (design derives from The Southern Cross Constellation only visible below the equator)
The sides do FOLD-DOWN to form a sort-of "Balaclava" for extreme cold weather
SIZE = SMALL (marked "6?") I take Metric size 59 (UK size 7 1/4 or USA size 7 3/8) this cap AT LEAST two-three full sizes too-small for me to wear
CONDITION = Excellent with NO nasty MOTH Grazing at all (Unusual for NZ Woolen caps)
WW2 era "ECONOMY" Bakelite cap buttons (I can ADD the Brass NZDF buttons PAIR shown in last image for additional .00 or "FREE" .....if you use "Buy It Now"?)
New Zealand MADE caps were made from **SUPERIOR QUALITY** Wool, As it was "Pure VIRGIN Wool" (Obtained from UGLY sheep) :-)
