Genuine Zuckerman helmet as worn by Fire Guard personal who served on the home front during the
Second World War. Members of the Fire Guard were tasked with watching important buildings and
extinguishing any fires and disposing of incendiaries during air raids.
The helmet is stamped with the logo of the Pressed Steel Company and ‘41’.
