    Description

Hello and welcome. This is a Curtice Brother's Preserve Company ketchup bottle. Curtice brothers was founded shortly after the civil war during 1868 and closed their door in 1947. This bottle dates from 1899-1909 at the turn of the 20th century. By this time Curtice Brother's was known as a top shelf condiment with it's blue label ketchup as the best. This bottle has turned from near clear to a nice purple antique amethyst colored glass, thank you.
